So far the first part of Michael Hartnett's latest forecast to "buy the news and sell the fact" of trade deals, has been validated: after the BofA CIO predicted last Friday that stocks would surge once we get the outline of a deal, the S&P has done just that, spiking 5% since last Friday's close.
