As markets adopt a risk-off tone with the ongoing developments in the Middle East, hedge funds and speculators appear to be already positioned for such an environment.

Assets are so far behaving predictably to the overnight news, the dollar is up, gold is up, bitcoin is down, yields are lower, stocks are lower, and of course oil is up.
