Musk Says New CEO Found For Twitter, Sends Tesla Shares Surging
Having promised several months ago that he will transition away from the role of Twitter CEO (which many lamented was taking up too much of the billionaire's time) and was keeping TSLA shares depressed, moments ago Elon Musk tweeted that he is "excited to announce that I’ve a new CEO for X/Twitter. She will be starting in ~6 weeks!"
He adds that his role will transition to "being exec chair & CTO, overseeing product, software & sysops."

It wasn't immediately clear who the new executive is, but TSLA stock liked the news and the stock promptly jumped to session highs.
