What’s Israel’s True Goal in Gaza?
(Written by Bert Dohmen, contains excerpts from our latest September 14, 2025 Wellington Letter)
The following information has not been revealed in the investment media. . Read it several times and let it sink in.
Two million Palestinians are facing extinction at the hands of Israel. Israel has tried to negotiate with a few countries to take the Palestinians, but those countries don’t want to get involved. These are the countries: South Sudan, Somaliland, Ethiopia, Libya, Indonesia.
So why does Israel want to eliminate all Palestinians from Gaza, either by deportation or extermination?
It’s risky for us to expose this, but it has to be known:
We conclude that it is all for the NATURAL GAS deposits, underground and under the ocean, called the “Offshore Gaza Marine field,” and is estimated to contain about 1.4 trillion cubic feet (32 billion cubic meters) of natural gas.
That number is probably far understated. We believe that much more may have been discovered recently. Wow! That sounds more attractive than building hotels on piles of rubble 15 feet high.
Natural gas deposits would mean millions of dollars per year in profits without having to hire thousands of people to work in the hotels. Our AI research on this topic explains:
“The gas reserves in question, including the Gaza Marine and Border Fields, hold substantial value and could meet the energy needs of Palestinians for decades. However, past attempts at exploration, led by British Gas and later Shell, were hindered by political disputes and Israeli intervention.
Legal experts and human rights organizations are criticizing Israel's decision to grant exploration licenses to six companies in Palestinian waters near Gaza. They argue that these licenses violate international law and Palestinian rights.”
Yes, Israel granted six companies exploration rights on natural gas fields owned by the Palestinians. Isn’t that like a stranger selling you house without permission and pocketing the money?
Articles we found say this: “The Gaza Marine gas field, located off the coast of Gaza, holds significant natural gas reserves that could benefit the Palestinian people. However, Israel's control over the area has prevented its development.
Despite the Oslo Accords designating maritime jurisdiction to the Palestinian Authority, Israel has obstructed efforts to tap into these gas reserves.
The discovery of the Gaza Marine field by the British Gas Group in 1999 initially seemed promising. A 25-year contract was signed with the Palestinian National Authority to exploit the gas. However, subsequent Israeli Prime Ministers, like Ariel Sharon, cancelled agreements, complicating the situation further.”
It is obvious when you do your research, Israel wants to own the natural gas concessions without paying for them. The only way to do that is to eradicate anyone who may have claim to that, like the Palestinians.
Is that why Israel is fighting so hard to prevent statehood for Palestine, and to eliminate the Palestinians. If a country has the right to that gas, it will make it much harder to steal them.
But Washington is doing nothing to stop the massive killing of unarmed Palestinians. (An American former Green Beret who worked for an NGO in GAZA said on TV that whole time he was there he did not see one armed Palestinian.)
Israel’s behavior is like “good old fashioned COLONIALISM;” kill millions of people in order to make billions and trillions of dollars. Read about India under British rule or China’s opium wars when Britain tried to get all Chinese addicted to opium.
Interestingly, now the descendants of the former victims of British rule are getting their revenge by destroying Britain. What goes around, comes around.
Anyone who is not informed about the Gaza genocide should read up on it or watch some trustworthy interviews and podcasts on YouTube about this topic

Some may ask, “what does this have to do with investments?” We say, everything! Wars are terrible things. Americans have been saved the agony for 250 years. But that could change. It is estimated that perhaps as many as 300,000 Palestinians, the majority women, children, and elderly have already been killed by Israel.
If there were originally 2 million Palestinians in GAZA, there are 1.7 million people left to eradicated. But there are still 6 million Palestinians left in their homeland, the West Bank. It takes time to exterminate that many people.
We heard one geopolitical expert recently say in an interview that Netanyahu has more control over the US Congress than Trump. It is reported that 371 members of Congress are getting money from the Israeli PAC (i.e., AIPAC). That of course is the money the US has given to help Israel. It is just being recycled.
