Biden Declares Iran Nuclear Deal "Dead" In Newly Surfaced Video

In a new video which emerged this week, President Joe Biden made off the cuff remarks declaring that efforts to restore the JCPOA Iran nuclear deal are "dead". 

The video surfaced for the first time on social media late Monday, but it reportedly was captured during a Nov. 4 election rally that Biden attended. While greeting the crowd he was asked about the Iran deal, after talks have remained stalled for months.
