The son of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says that the Israeli media is controlled by radical leftists who are 'disconnected from the political mainstream' - but that the proliferation of online platforms has made it more difficult to brainwash people and easier to identify propaganda in what he called a "democratization" of the media.

"The curtain has risen and everyone already knows what is going on here," Yair Netanyahu told attendees at a media conference in Budapest on Wednesday at a college considered friendly with Prime Minister Viktor Orban's Fidesz party, Haaretz reports.
