Pentagon Inspector General Report On Iran War Drops: The Most Explosive Revelations

In a huge disclosure which directly contradicts President Trump and his top officials, the US War Department's inspector general has informed Congress that Iran war has drained US munitions stockpiles and strained the industrial base to replace them.

The 44-page report issued on Monday tallies the cost of merely the first four months of fighting (in the now over 6-month long conflict) at $33.4 billion (which some critics say is a woefully low estimation). But most importantly the inspector general wrote in the report, "The munitions expenditure on [Operation Epic Fury] has resulted in strategic inventory shortfalls and revealed industrial base bottlenecks for munitions resupply."
