EU To Force Poland, Hungary And Czech Republic To Accept Refugees

One month after the EU's executive Commission launched legal cases against Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic for "defaulting on their legal obligations" by refusing to comply with the EU's refugee quotas (i.e., accept migrants), on Wednesday the three Central European nations suffered another blow after Brussels mounted a legal fightback to force them to comply with EU refugee quotas. The top European Union court's adviser dismissed a challenge brought by Slovakia and Hungary against the obligatory relocation of refugees across the bloc, as it prepared to sign-off legal suits against the holdout countries.

The two states, backed by Poland, wanted the court to annul a 2015 EU scheme to have each member state host a number of refugees to help ease pressure on Greece and Italy, struggling with mass arrivals across the Mediterranean. Supported by Germany, Italy and Brussels, the EU’s “relocation” law has become one of the bloc’s most divisive recent policy initiatives, forced through over the objections of states from eastern and central Europe.

The euroskeptic governments in Warsaw and Budapest have refused to take in a single asylum-seeker under the plan (which may explain the lack of terrorist events on their home soil). Slovakia and the Czech Republic have also stalled, citing security concerns after a raft of Islamist attacks in the EU in recent years. Quoted by the FT, the EU’s migration commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos said he regretted the decision of the three member states “not to show solidarity and to ignore our repeated calls to participate in this common effort” adding that none of the responses from Budapest, Warsaw or Prague to the commission “justified that they do not implement the relocation decision”.

Avramopoulos welcomed the advocate general’s opinion but added the “door was still open” for the central-eastern countries to change their stance on the refugee quotas. “If these member states decide to change position we are ready to work with them to address their concerns”, he said. “We are at the last stage but there is still time. Let’s hope reason will prevail.”

The decision to move forward with “infringement proceedings” against Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic is a highly charged political step that will test whether the EU member states ultimately comply with rules they have called illegal and unjust. The commission’s stance on refugees was bolstered on Wednesday by the European Court of Justice.

Hungary and Slovakia had mounted a legal challenge against the relocation decision, claiming it violated procedure, was improperly drafted in law and was neither a suitable or necessary policy response.

But in an opinion released on Wednesday an advocate general to the court rejected the claims as unfounded and recommended that judges dismiss the case. While the opinion is not binding, the views of the advocate general are followed in a majority of final rulings.

A final ECJ ruling is expected after the summer break. The court does not have to but generally does follow the advisory opinion of the Advocate General Yves Bot, whoe  rejected the procedural arguments presented by Bratislava and Budapest that obligatory quotas were unlawful.

"The contested decision automatically helps to relieve the considerable pressure on the asylum systems of Italy and Greece following the migration crisis in the summer of 2015 and ... is thus appropriate for attaining the objective which it pursues," he said. The reluctance of Poland and Hungary to help the two southern frontline states, as well as wealthier EU countries such as Germany, which has taken in hundreds of thousands of migrants, have precipitated bitter disputes in the bloc and weakened its unity.

According to Reuters, the European Commission said on Wednesday that some 24,700 people had been moved from Greece and Italy under the plan that had been due to cover 160,000. The EU had earmarked €377.5 million - some €10,000 per person - for 2018 for a twin scheme to legally bring to Europe asylum seekers from places such as Turkey, Libya or Niger, rather than have people risk their lives in perilous Mediterranean crossings operated by smugglers.

The inflow of refugees was drastically cut after a 2016 deal with Ankara, making Italy the main gateway to Europe now, with some 94,400 arrivals so far this year across the sea. Brussels offered Italy extra money and help, and urged EU states to step up relocations from that country. It also said Rome had to improve registration of those arriving, especially some 25,000 Eritreans, to qualify them for the move.

* * *

With tensions running high over Europe's controversial refugee-acceptance policy, mostly among central European nations, the resulting split has shaped domestic politics in recent years.

Wednesday’s decisions marked a rebuff to Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban, who has made the rejection of EU refugee policies his central political message for more than two years. In a referendum in October last year 98.2 per cent of voters backed the government’s opposition to the EU’s refugee sharing programme, although the result was deemed invalid because of low turnout. Orban has since spent tens of millions of public funds on advertising campaigns, accusing the EU of endangering Hungarian security through its asylum policies.

And yet, despite the ruling, none of the affected nations were eager to change their mind: Slovakia's Prime Minister Robert Fico said in a statement his government was sticking to its decision to refuse mandatory quotas and called the Advocate General's opinion "non binding". Hungary similarly dismissed the ruling as politically motivated.

"The main elements of the statement are political, which are practically used to disguise the fact that there are no legal arguments in it," Pal Volner, state secretary of the Justice Ministry, was cited as saying by the state news agency MTI.

Should the ECJ eventually rule with the commission and uphold the law, it will confront Budapest and Warsaw with a political decision that could have far-reaching ramifications for the EU, according to the FT.

Outright refusal to comply once the legal challenges have run their course will have consequences in other areas, including Germany’s approach to the EU long-term budget, which must be negotiated by 2020. Some have speculated that it could result in the breakup of the Shengen customs zone which forms the backbone of the European Union.

Good idea!  Anyway it just is not going to happen - the Polish govt keeps pointing out that it has already taken over 1m temporary migrants (tbh not sure that number is right - it was 400k not long ago) from Ukraine.  Poland has also said it will take white Christian refugees - it just will not be taking third world scum looking for freebies.

This idea is being activly discussed on 4chan for the past few days.  Its basically this:1) The EU want Europe to kill itself with shitheaded third worlders from Africa and the middle east. 2) Poland agrees to take in only "persecuted minorities from the African continent in unlimited numbers" however, the Polish government maintains exclusive control of which minorities it gets to take in.  3) Poland has a rapidly declining birthrate, yet some of the best farmland in the entire world -- especially in Pommern, Groß-Polen, and Schlesien.4) Polish government grants immediate asylum to all i) 100% white; ii) christian; iii) minorities on the African continent; who iv) do not have citizenship or the right thereto already in a European nation.5) Settles them far away from Warsaw and away from the "Polish Core" in the east and south-east of Warsaw.6) You get a few million white, christian educated and independently wealthy whites from South Africa, Namibia and a few from Zimbabwe.  7) Fulfill promise to take "in persecuted minorities from Africa"8) While simultaneously making the "do-gooders" "Gutmenschen" heads literally explode with nothing but pure unadulturated rage, as the Poles would be brining in likely the most unashamedly and unbashfully racist white people in the entire world and settling them directly next to the German caliphate, while simultaneously making themselves (the Poles) wealthier, more prosperous and fulfilling their commitment to "take in the poor persecurited people of Africa". The level 12 meltdown in Brussels would be biblical to watch.

That would be too funny! What you are seeing is a case of massive over-reach from Brussels - Poland does not need to do anything except hold its ground.  Support for the Polish govt is higher now than it was when they were elected 2 years ago.  If they just stick to what they are doing (including staying well clear of the Euro) there is not much Brussels can do about it.

If west europe is the front door for economic migrants - then Eastern Europe can be the the back door. If they do force V4 countries to take them in, don't be surprised if they turn around and start shipping them out of Europe. Most of you are big fans of Hungary's Orban - but soon you'll get familiar with how resolved Poland's Kaczynski is. Poland's position on migrants is to help them in their countries, in a humanitarian manner - but IMO it might be time to carve out new countries in the middle east for Christians and other minorities - and have them armed and defended to the teeth. Keep in mind - islam was strictly limited to Saudi Arabia when it originated, and the vast majority of the middle east was Christian - so we'll be merely taking back our lands.

really really really important. It's more than three really's.  It is the most important thing. Why?  If you extend your money beyond your borders, your law must extend also.  Hence, Brussels now using their law to force migration.  Labor is conflated with capital in finance capitalism.  The Euro system claims that Euro is the "capital."Both capital and labor is fungible you know.... it has legs and is mobile.  It sounds sarcastic, but that is the belief system.Money's true nature is law.  The original British East Indies company originally had its own mercenary force to "insure" contracts.  When BOE, the first private debt spreading bank, took over England in 1694, British East Indies Company then had "government" enforce contracts for them - as the British Navy became subordinate to finance corporate method.Corporatons have root word of corporeal, or body.   Corporations are a body of people which may be militant in nature, who come together to perform a function under law.  Originally corporations had a charter, but now they are perpetual.  The charters used to have a moral code, and if said corporation did not meet its obligations, it could be disbanded i.e. charter allowed to lapse.  Example, Andrew Jackson allowing bank charters to lapse; "I killed the bank."Money powers behind Euro are masters of finance, who in turn are cross linked and tied to both financial markets and corporations.    Euro creation is a first order variable as hypothecation event from bank corporations. Money creation begins in the private banks.  In this way, a sovereign people are subverted from their sovereign law, having lost legal control over their money.  The Euro is not a sovereign money, and unelected bureaucrats are continually attempting to extend Euro reach across new borders. Said bureaucrats have as their masters, private financial corporations that slipped their "civilizational" leash a long time ago. Nato's movement eastward correlates to force>Law>money>contract.  America's funding of Nato is helping to spread the Euro eastward. Poland you have Nato protection, then you must accept the Euro, then you must accept the migrants, and you must accept European law, and European corporations - and so

Kalergi himself probably had a chip on his shoulder owing to his bi-racial lineage. That could have been the source of his negative fixation on racial differences. His father married a beautiful and refined Japanese heiress who was one of the few Japanese to enter and live in Europe. But this was at the turn of the century when various groups were only starting to travel, and outside of diplomatic circles, residents from distant lands were still very unfamiliar.Their son must have had social problems fitting in and decided that a complete racial merge was the answer. If he thought Europe was difficult he should have returned to Asia and see how Asian bi-racials were treated, even among other Asians. It is amazing how much trouble can be created out of revenge.

It's more legit to call them refugees, they have Euro heritage, and they are Christian. There are going to be 4B negroids in Africa by 2100, due to R breeding patterns known to this race.  Even if the projections are off, and it is only 3B, that is still an overwhelming amount of negroes.  This is just negroes, and does not include the Semitic Muslim races.  The Muslims are also desirous of spreading into Europe.Negroes will spread into Savannahs of South African and also spread north and outward toward Europe.  This is as predictable as the Sun coming up.  It will happen.Whites should be allowed to fall- back to their genetic homeland to fight in a defensive maneuver, to then protect their evolutionary and cultural heritage.  Anything less, is a giant fuck you to white evolution and their immediate ancestors.  Otherwise, it is an extinction event for both flora and fauna in Africa, and then civilizational and genetic collapse of Europe.  Russia must also know that if Europe falls, they will be next.To fight this coming event, the money system has to come under sovereign control.  It can no longer be related to bank capital, which in turn was a Jewish invention, and in turn is the main usurious method for forming financial Oligarchy.  This private Illuminist Oligarchy is happy with walled compounds, with their genetic bretheren protected from the masses.  The masses are easier to control if they are in racial conflict with each

migration commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos. With a name like that, one would assume that Dimitris is Greek. His surname translates as "son of Abraham", with the "poulos" ending showing a Peloponnesian root. I only mention this as an interesting etymological point - I have no idea what th  good Dimitri' s religious or ethnic leanings might be, as I have never met the man.

Just recently, Benjamin Netanyahu has visited Hungary, met with victor Urban, declared open support for his policies and warned that the EU is leading to disaster. Hungary, Poland and the Czech republic are some of the closest friends of Israel, exactly because of their mutual resentment of EU policies. It is completely absurd to claim that mass immigration to Europe is "a Jewish conspiracy".

I don't know if you are aware, but this concept of deceit is very common in Islam:"The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “War is deceit.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3029; Muslim, 58).  One of the most dangerous elements of deceit is taking the enemy by surprise and catching them unawares before they can get ready to fight. When the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) wanted to head for Makkah in order to conquer it, he ordered the Muslims to get ready without telling anyone of his intention until after they had set out for Makkah, and after taking all precautions to prevent news of that reaching the mushrikeen."And I would argue that it is Muslims who are tryng to convince Europeans that Jews ore responsible for mass immigration, in order to "divide and conquer".

So you find an example of muslims using deceit (but was that deceit or simple secrecy?) and you think it shows something?  FFS.  The Japs started WWII with China using deceit.  Germany started WWII with Poland using deceit.  And.... wait for it... the zionists got America into WWI with deceit.  Rothschild bought England by using deceit.  The US invaded Afghanistan and Iraq based on deceit.  The US tried to overthrow Assad using deceit (ISIS).  Hell, the US caused all the shit that is leading people to pack up and leave the middle east and Africa to go to Europalandiatonville and it was all by deceit.Pick any culture, religion, or whatever and they have used deceit and they have used it much more honestly than your poor example of why the muslims are to blame.

Pick any culture, religion, or whatever and they have used deceit and they have used it much more honestly than your poor example of why the muslims are to blam You are being sophomoric.  If a religion or a thought construct has deceit CODIFIED as a guiding principle, then that is something quite different.Christianity has supercession, which means the old testament was superceded, and put away.  It is not a guiding principle.  Therefore pyschopathic passages like deuteronomy are not relevant.  Further, if a civilization has LAW, and said law consistently strives for high morality, then that is something different than civilizations that have law to allow bad behavior (for example being able to write off bribes on taxes.)Islam has concepts such as Hudnah's, Taqiyya and others, which then make it into law.  Further, Islam has abrogation, which unlike supercession, allows the more pyschopathic passages to have currency.  The worst stuff in Islam is held up as having more power, becomes in abrogation, what comes later is more "right."  Islam when analyzed properly, is a psychopathic construct.  Also, the totality of Islam is more than just the Koran, it includes the hadiths and surahs.Talmudic Judaism has close parallels with Islam in that the Sage's utterances become more pathological in time, or they may be quoted out of sequence.  Talmudism also has concepts such as Kol-Niedre, which allows lying, murder, etc.  It gives sanction for pyschopathology.  Any moral adherents to Judaism or Islam is despite the "construct" not because of it.Western societies in particular have gone to great lengths to constrain themselves from these pathologies.  The actual behavior that you point out did happen, but it was sneaky and subverted, not part of the law and not part of religion. One could look even deeper and wonder why the West was acting outside of its own interests and mores.  Then you get into parasite theory, and your eyes need to refocus on the ((parasite)).

That would be a real smart move to make.I've been watching for over a decade white people from Africa moving to the UK, around where I live the majority of dentists are from south Africa.  While Zimbabwe is a known basket case (I know of a couple of people who escaped it), South Africa has been under the mainstream news radar, but its clear its the next Zimbabwe.I'd love to get those people into western Europe as they help displace the third world we import, but anyone with a brain can see things are going to get real ugly in western Europe in the next few decades whether we bow to Islam or drive them out.
