Leaked Photo Of Shackled Illegals Shows "Mass Trial" After DOJ Enacts "Zero Tolerance" Policy

A photo taken from inside a Pecos, Texas immigration court shows dozens of illegal immigrants in orange jumpsuits, standing as they await their fate in a "mass trial" designed to expedite their deportation.

The proceedings, covered by reporter Debbie Nathan of The Intercept, have sparked controversy over the Trump administration's new "zero tolerance" policy which has led to separated families amid a report that the Department of Health and Human Services has lost track of 1,475 unaccompanied migrant children who had been placed with sponsors.

In short, prospective migrants who choose to circumvent America's immigration laws have to weigh the risk of losing their children against the dangers of remaining in their country of origin

Each day was the same. The courtroom was filled with exhausted immigrants, with hands cuffed and shackled to their waists, their legs in chains — dozens of defendants stumbling, shuffling, clanking, and clanging in tandem. “Raise your right hand,” Morgan commanded as a translator spoke Spanish into their headphones. The shackled defendants struggled to comply.

The judge’s job is to determine if defendants understand the criminal charges against them and whether they feel they have had adequate legal representation. If they say they want to plead guilty, he asks whether they are doing so of their own free will. After that, they can make a statement — an “allocution” — and then the judge sentences them. -The Intercept

Last month Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered a "zero tolerance" policy in which federal prosecutors are to criminally charge every single immigrant who enters the country illegally - expanding a program called Operation Streamline introduced in 2005 under the Obama administration, and facilitated the aforementioned mass trials currently in use.

'Today, we are here to send a message to the world: we are not going to let this country be overwhelmed... If you cross this border unlawfully, then we will prosecute you,' said Sessions.

50,924 illegal border crossers were detained in April alone, which included 4,314 unaccompanied minors and 9,647 family units, according to data from the US Customs and Border Patrol.

Reporting on the migrants has taken a toll on The Intercept's Nathan, who told Chron.com "It's horrible, I've been pretty broken by all of this," and that witnessing mass trials in Brownsville and El Paso were "some of the most upsetting things she's witnessed during her career."

That's how illegals should be treated; cuffed when arrested then loaded on a bus and dumped back in Mexihell. No welfare, no esq, no bed. The children go back too.

I've seen illegals waiving the Mexican flag in the streets of my hometown chanting MEXICO! MEXICO! MEXICO! while others were doing brake stands, clogging up the streets so that nobody could get through and sending clouds of tire smoke up several stories.  They want to run things like they're run in Mexico, and waiving their flag is a statement of that.  Fuck'em.  Send'em back.  I don't want to live in North Mexico.

“You’re going to be deported,” she remembers them telling her. “And your child will stay here.” The next morning, the child was taken. Delia fell on her knees during the removal, wailing and begging not to be separated. Officials looked on indifferently,”

So what happens to the child??? Comet Pizza? This has pedophilia stench to it in the name of "protecting children". Remember Boys Town.

The corrupt Mexican government parasitizes the economy so unemployment is staggeringly high.

What used to happen:

Unemployed men would sneak into the US, work, and send money home to the family. Narcos would extort money from the family. Often the man in the US would find a girlfriend, and stop sending money, leaving his family back home even more destitute. The poor children turned to narco gangs for protection, and a living. The Mexican family is being destroyed. As we know from the earlier experiment in the USA this leads to extreme levels of crime and violence.

Then what happened:

Coyotes inserted themselves into illegal border crossings. Recently the going rate for being guided into the US was over $7,000.00. Coyotes killed unguided immigrants, and killed rival coyotes and their charges. There have been rolling gun battles, between rival coyotes, driving vans containing illegal immigrants, on US Interstate highways in Arizona. After entering the US, coyotes held their charges hostage in houses in the southwestern US to extort more money from the family. Those whose families didn't cough up the cash were murdered.

Coyotes realized smuggled illegal immigrants could carry backpacks full of drugs. Soon every illegal immigrant was forced to carry drugs into the US; hence the term "mule." Coyotes initially made deals with narcos for drug carriage, but the narcos killed all the coyotes and took over the trade.

What's going on now:

The children who enter illegally are protected by DACA. US illegal immigrant NGOs encourage children and their mothers to enter the US illegally, leaving the father back home. The child gets DACA status. The mom gets welfare, which she is forced to send back to Mexico to the narcos. If she doesn't, they kill her husband.

Narcos realized non-Mexicans want to enter the US illegally, too. People from various Middle Eastern countries have been caught entering the US via the southern border. The destruction of the Mexican family, and moral damage to society, worsens.

Separating children and mothers is cold-hearted if you ask me. It's also insane. Who is going to take care of these children anyway? They'll be another tax burden.

Send the children with them.

And if the repatriating countries object, sue them for violation of international law. They have an obligation to accept asylum seekers. Afterall, Mestizos are being persecuted by Whites in America.

Why would we keep their kids?  Why are they not sent back with their parents?

Deport them all.  We don't need little democrats voting,  and sucking on the Govt tit, while running around blaming Trump for their problems, when it was their parents who put them in this situation.

You know, blindly following either side is a childish disease of the two party system, grow up, and dare to decent.

Disagreeing with robbing kids, and keeping them in the States, while shipping their parents out of the Country, does not make you a "Liberal", as you claim, nor does your stance make you a "conservative".

We don't keep the kids of Prisoners we've released!!!

They're doing this, to just a few, so they can splash it in the media as a warning, to make examples of a few, and intimidate Foreigners into staying home with their kids.  It's not an accident that women's cries were published!

I totally agree with the goal, but I'm not a Machiavellian psychopath, who justifies the means, by the ends.

It is an abuse of the justice system to , for any reason, deviate from the EQUAL application of Laws, even if it tickles the fancy of a few, like you!!!

I find your 'solution' repugnant. thank you however for mentioning the Cheka.

"Why have a guillotine where everyone can see? Much better to have a basement. They go in. Who's to say they existed at all?"

"The doors that go nowhere".

The Chekist. The most disturbing film I've ever seen, including "Cannibal Holocaust" which runs in second place.

Do NOT subject yourself to these if you value your mental health.

EXCELLENT DECRIPTION!! What you describe is EXACTLY why I am against illegal immigration!!! I have never understood the stance that liberals are being so “compassionate” by supporting illegal immigration rather than face the problem by making and ENFORCING decent immigration laws. They obviously don’t live in a state that witnesses thousands of immigrants killed or human trafficked trying to enter the country illegally. If you have a compassionate bone in your body you would be FIERCELY against illegal immigration.

When one one reads this article one has to ask the “compassionate” reporter, has she asked why are the parents bringing their children along when they are aware of the Coyotes and the Drug Lords? Which is better? American border officials to seize your children (maybe even accidentally “misplacing” them which we all know means they got away into sanctuary cities) and placing them into safe care centers until deliberations are over or handing your kid over to a Coyote when you can’t pay him the extra fees he demands after getting you into the country then he sells that kid on the street until his “contract” is fulfilled.

Pathetic liberals believe their compassion is so virtuous when in reality it is more evil than anything they can imagine.

Because they are criminals.

Do people here really think Trump and his Chabad-Lubavitch handlers are really "against illegal immigration"? That they aren't friends with the ones financing and orchestrating this mass-immigration of analphabetes?

I recoil at savagery as much as the next guy... but initiating violence against a human being is immoral, taking children away from their parents is criminal. These naturals truths apply whether we're talking about "illegals" or not. I hope some father will write down the name of the "agent" taking his child and will act as any responsible father should.

The money lender usurers behind this, reading this thread, are rubbing their rat hands together ... "gnnnh gnnnh this is working, look at at all these former libertarians now supporting our authoritarian policies... gnnnh gnnnh our reverse psychology and identity management has really outperformed itself this time gnnh gnnnh".

Yeah, you’re way is MUCH better. Hand those kids over to Coyotes and watch them make child prostitutes, money launderers, gang bangers and sex toys out of them. Better yet, house those children with their parents along with all the suspected criminal detainees such as M13 members, rapists, murderers, drug runners with the months ticking away as they go through the deportation process. Meanwhile, don’t forget to blame Trump for EVERYTHING!

You are so COMPASSIONATE it makes me want to vomit!

You’re not putting the “kid situation” into perspective. No one is actually “taking” any children “away” from their parents under this program (that was started by Obama) as no one is losing the rights to their children. Those parents are giving up those children and as always is the case it comes back to THEIR responsibilities. An American citizen is an American citizen and a country has no option but to apply that citizen’s rights applicable to them regardless their age. That parent KNEW that and INTENTIONALLY put that child into that situation. If you ask me, that child is better off with the state rather than some degenerate parent that would quickly risk them to the devices of Coyotes, Drug Lords OR ICE Facilities.

Never forget to consider all angles before you start buying into the “pity machine.”

The massive illegal's that jumped ship in Mexico are part of what they've created in their own cesspool. Their own apathy is what allowed their government to brutalize them via their braindead social and economic policies. If those same illegals are running from what they created and are a part of, does it make any sense to allow them to come here to start that same barbarity process here???

If they had any balls they would rise up in their own country, revolt, purge the evil and create a similar Constitution as ours. Otherwise shut the fuck up!

DACA was never signed legislation. Ditto the precious DREAM Act. It was an unconstitutional usurpation foisted by chocolate jesus and his ilk. No Government Official [elected or otherwise] ever ran on a platform of supporting immigration -- legal or otherwise.

Like a trojan horse ... Ill get elected, then bring you in the back door ... wink wink. Meanwhile my State Department will "help" you ... with paid advertisement in your home country and a "how to booklet" to exploit and accelerate the non-enforcement

Anchor babies, DREAMER dolts & DACA dupes have no legal standing. The Law is clear. Deport them

The massive (what do you mean, overweight?) 'Muricans that watched sports all day are part of what they've created in their own cesspool. Their own apathy is what allowed their government to brutalize them via their braindead social and economic policies.

If the 'Muricans had any balls they would rise up in their own country, revolt, purge the evil and return to the principles of the Constitution.

As long as the Federal Reserve exists, 'Muricans singing "land of the free and home of the brave" at baseball games are just fooling themselves. We are debt slaves. We are subject to pat-downs when we fly. We can have our wealth stolen from us via asset forfeiture on our nation's highways.

Those poor Mexicans don't realize how bad it is here.
