Trump Says "Wow" As Supreme Court Upholds Trump Travel Ban

Update: President Trump celebrated SCOTUS's decision with a tweet.

* * *

As was widely expected, the Supreme Court has handed the Trump administration its first major court victory over its travel ban after three successive versions of the ban were challenged by lower courts. In a 5-4 vote, the conservatives on the court backed the Trump administration, rejecting the notion that the ban discriminated against Muslims and refusing to question the administration's national security claims. The Supreme Court also rejected the San Francisco appeals' court's finding that Trump had exceeded his authority over immigration.

As we pointed out yesterday, the court had appeared to side with Trump during oral arguments back in April, when the White House has argued that the ban is necessary to protect the US from attacks plotted by foreign jihadis, and conservative justices on the court had previously suggested that they'd be unwilling to question Trump on his claims that this represents an imminent national security threat.

In its opinion, the Court says the plaintiff failed "to overcome the statutory language" granting the President the ability to restrict "the entry of aliens" into the US for national security reasons:

By its plain language, §1182(f) grants the President broad discretion to suspend the entry of aliens into the United States. The President lawfully exercised that discretion based on his findings—following a worldwide, multi-agency review—that entry of the covered aliens would be detrimental to the national interest. And plaintiffs’ attempts to identify a conflict with other provisions in the INA, and their appeal to the statute’s purposes and legislative history, fail to overcome the clear statutory language.

Trump famously issued the first version of the ban just a week after he took office, sending crowds of protesters to airports where travelers from affected countries were stranded. However, that ban was almost immediately blocked by the courts. A second version that was issued two months later was also blocked, though the Supreme Court allowed part of it to take effect in June 2017 when it agreed to hear the Trump administration's case. At the beginning of the court's term in January, it agreed to hear a challenge against the administration's third ban, which included two non-majority Muslim countries, North Korea and Venezuela, according to the New York Times.

Here's a map of the countries affected by the ban:

Restrictions vary on the specifics depending on the country, but for the most part, citizens of these countries will be forbidden from emigrating to the US, and many residents will be barred from working, studying and vacationing in the states.

Another WIN...

Now watch out Trump Supporters...dead animals on doorsteps, harassed as you go out in public.  These Lib/Dems are desperate.

Wonder what they will say as they push this narrative too far, and this war goes HOT?

NOTE: When Justice Kennedy retires in short time...get ready for the EARTH to move with Dem/Libs hitting the ground screaming.  Yep...The Supreme Court will be conservative for the rest of my life.  AWESOME.

Annoying the Leftist to no end is also a win.  Tax cut was a win, N. Korea, Win. Exposing the Leftist agenda of wide open boarders, win.  Taking the Neocons out of power and exposing that they control the Left is also a win.  Leaving the Dems in disarray and in deep debt, (thank you Hillary) win.

Scalia was a deepstate fudgepacker.....

If Trump has a set, the way this is written no reason he could not block all Mexicans /Central / South Americans without a hearing

#AlwaysTrumpers are just as bad as #NeverTrumpers

Life/the world is complicated.  Everything needs to constantly be analyzed and re-evaluated.  This forum used to be more like that before Trump started campaigning.  It has gotten way more Idiocracy-esque and cancerous since then... harder and harder to find signs of intelligent life.

In conclusion: don't let Trump (or anyone else) tell you what to think.

I think I have a wee bit more tolerance of winning some more...

Especially if the R's hold Congress and Trump wins in 2020.

Everyone should be aware that the Democrats will one day win.  They will take the whole .gov at some point (I hope that is way into the future and that they pull their heads out of their asses).

Smart people will continue to prepare for Bad Times even if not imminent.

But, various on The Left have already called for a Trump Recession, so preparations should be ALWAYS continued.  Never know.

Once again, the 4 luciferians (aka 'jew') walk in lock step: kagen, breyer, sotomeyer and ginsberg. Their only purpose is to wreck the nation and reform it so it is controlled by the laws of lucifer.

And that other ruling, not allowing the cops to use cell phone tower transmissions to track a perp, when the luciferians rule on something like that, you have to ask yourself if the real issue isn't a pure 4th Amendment one, but something else.

Making it easier for perps to wreak havoc just adds to the continued destabilization of the nation. Of course, the luciferian cult members on the court might also have been throwing some smoke to create the illusion they are not who they really are by facially joining in a 4th Amendment 'victory'.

But here, in this decision, their true colors (black, bleak, and ominous) 'shine', in the same fashion as when they sanctioned homosexual behaviorist 'marriages'.

The luciferian cult must be destroyed before they destroy what's left of the nation. Ppl complain about Trump. Sure, he is not perfectly pure America first, some days he seems swallowed up in alliances with the luciferians, other days not.

But on balance, he has not been as nearly deep in bed with the juden-luciferian princes as other presidents. Thus, in his way, as he understands it, he advances a pretty radically nationalistic agenda. Given that no president is gonna please you 24/7/365, I'll take this one any day.

The sad fact is when Trump leaves in 2024, who will replace him? When will we ever get another president like Trump? To the luciferian cult, he is a one off, but since they totally control and dominate the culture and the media, brainwashing children in the 'schools', what are the odds we see a compliant 'leader' installed in the WH?

And once (God forbid) the luciferian cult and their sell out minions re-take control of the reins of govt power, it won't be a pleasant experience for the good people that are legitimate moral agents in this country.

This is a war, a spiritual war, and the battleground starts in your heart and in your mind.

For those who love the truth, not the pseudo 'truth' of the psychotic 'left', which is nothing more than a malignant and purposeful distortion of objective Absolute truth (because the basis of everything always begins from Absolute Truth) - which is what you should expect from someone under the dominion of the powers of darkness - they pretty easily recognize the difference between good and evil. In the political realm, what passes for the 'good' may not be the Absolute perfect good, but in the game of at least 51/49, we have to roll with the 51.

Trump was before the election at least a 51, an obvious choice for someone who was looking for a way out of the descent into satanic hell the nation was headed in.

It would be a miracle to get a Trump II, so to speak, just substantially less judaized, but I have my doubts.

Nonetheless, again, there is hope, because as long as you, and each person everywhere, pursues the Truth, in all good faith, they'll find it, and will by their nature resist objective evil. It is because the number of ppl who pursue the truth outnumbered those who don't is why Trump won in the first place.

The hope for the future, and a trend away from the luciferian domination of the world you live in starts in the mirror. And once you take stock and clean the house within, encourage and support everyone around you to do the exact same thing. This way, we become the antidote to the demonically inspired cancer that has spread completely out of control in this country, and we can put an end to it once and for all.

ginsberg, sotomayor, kagan, & breyer, and yes breyer is a jew "Breyer was born in San Francisco, California, the son of Anne A. (née Roberts) and Irving Gerald Breyer, and raised in a middle-class Jewish family."

And anyone still questions if it's the jew supremacists that have been behind the flooding of all western nations with foreign nationals both legal and illegal-Really?

(((They))) gave you the Republic destroying 1965 Immigration act. jew supremacist senator jacob javits spear headed the charge against America and when his jew supremacist tribe shoved it down America's throat he screamed out " Open The Flood Gates"- Fact

Here you go with another supremacist jewess to tell you all about it:

Remove all jew supremacists from all positions of power, both Government & Private Sector-NOW!

Immediately remove and deport all dual citizen israelis-NOW!

Prosecute & Shut Down using the Fara Act all jew supremacist foreign agent organizations: Aipac, Aclu, Adl, Cfr, Zoa, Splc, Jdl, Jwc and a thousand more-NOW!

There must be some insidious reason that you don't respect the sovereignty of your country nor put the welfare of your fellow citizens before non-citizens. If you are one of those "citizen of the world" fuckheads then you should by all means get out there and do some good. Like Somalia or Sudan etc, pick one. Join the fucking Peace Corps. You won't however because that is not your goal. You hate this country and the system that runs it and you are bound and determined to undermine it. You and your ilk will lose.

In conclusion: don't let Trump (or anyone else) tell you what to think.

[/SJW-outrage] Who the f* are you to tell me who I should or shouldn't let tell me what to think?

Seriously though. The problem of polarization can feed into itself until it becomes fully intractable. We are close to that point already. There is a REAL solution though, if you would like to explore this general flow with me:

Polarization comes from inability to listen to different ideas, which comes from emotional dysregulation when discussing ideas, which comes from excessive confusion of identity with ideology, which comes from a misarticulated definition of identity, which comes from having no direct experience of one's embodied self.

Thus, and I do not say this lightly, SELF-KNOWLEDGE (and the concomitant self-mastery) is a foundational element of any tenable solution to the human predicament. And the problem of polarization and social collapse is fundamentally a symptom of the human predicament.

I'm serious. Don't make me go full yogi on you guys! ;)

On topic, read this one yesterday, insightful and very relevant!…
