"Unmasking Antifa" Act Introduced In Congress: 15 Year Sentence For Masked Mayhem

Following a spate of violent attacks by masked members of Antifa, four GOP members of Congress are taking matters into their own hands.

A measure introduced last month in the House would punish anyone wearing a mask who "injures, oppresses, threatens or intimidates" a person "in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege" with a fine and up to 15 years in prison.

Introduced to the House Judiciary Committee by Rep. Dan Donovan (R-NY) and co-sponsored by Peter King (R-NY), Ted Budd (R-NC) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ). H.R. 6054, the "Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018" states:

Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, while in disguise, including while wearing a mask, injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both.

The bill also includes 2 years of jail time for "Destroying buildings or property" while wearing a mask or disguise.

One of the more notable incidents of Antifa violence was an assault on a Trump supporter by Bay Area professor and anarchist, Eric Clanton, who was "unmasked" by users of popular internet forums and arrested and charged with four counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Clanton remains free on bail, while his trial has been postponed several times.

Meanwhile, a large skirmish broke out at a Portland conservative rally between masked members of Antifa and conservatives - which led to a viral video of a Proud Boy known as "Rufio" knocking out an Antifa member. (Knockout at 7:35)

With the new House Resolution, looks like these guys are out of luck:

Predictably, the left has called the bill dystopian, while those on the right are urging people to call their representatives in congress.

Who cares? LEOs are on our side. These anti-terror laws will only be used against 'the left' to ensure our safety. They'll never turn on us!

Besides, we live in extremely perilous times and it's just too dangerous to allow people to disguise themselves or otherwise attempt to circumvent government surveillance. It's there to keep us safe!

LEO is NOT on the side of Patriots ! Every single video of Antifa clashing with conservative shows LEO standing by idly while Conservatives are attacked relentlessly. Even all of the assholes from the inauguration were let go for fucking rioting ! WTH is going on with law enforcement in this country ?

They are being ordered by their commprog masters in city council to stand down and not to touch Antifa. So we're on our own. Not all LEOs are on the side of Antifa, but a lot are. Just something to think about.

The bill also includes 2 years of jail time for "Destroying buildings or property" while wearing a mask or disguise.

This will never pass, because most of the destruction of buildings or property is conducted by police on their SWAT raids. And guess what, they're all masked when they do the raids. If they aren't doing anything wrong, they should have nothing to hide.

The obvious exception that the Japanese have delivered for use, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dGqZmvDElA. So I would fight that in court. Dear government, you are responsible for a polluted environment and I will have not one single problem in proving that under law, test the environment in a city and guaranteed 100% it will be polluted and technically unhealthy for you and of course other people and their illnesses.

So government says no mask, a wow become totally liable for lung cancer by actively preventing citizen from making the healthier choice, it would also be a constitutional criminal act, to do with denying what they are required to provide.

So https://www.breathehealthy.com/ and yeah in reality, live in a city and you should wear a face mask, simple sound logic. For the government to attempt to make it legal, is a major constitutional crime, a really serious one.

Now consider this, you can either oppose this and have every fucking camera where ever the fuck you go recognise you or you can hold to the letter of the law, the constitution and challenge illegal laws, protect your health and with sun glasses and never ever by recognised by cameras.

PROTECT YOU HEALTH WEAR A FACE MASK https://www.amazon.com/b/ref=dp_bc_4?ie=UTF8&node=17864516011, consider the health of your lungs a right, fight for it, heh, heh, heh.

That Billion plus sitting in Qatar they "moved" from the foundation so US courts cant touch it ...  She has plenty of cash, do they have the same cash flow you have when being paid to sell out your own country? Nope so no; but don't think for a minute that billion plus isn't generating at least 50 million a year.

This bill would be all that if you're 100% sure that in the future,  there won't be a government that you'd want to protest.

... because in that future (think changing demographics), if there is a government that you take serious issue with and you plan to protest them, you'd be a fucking moron not to wear a mask.

On second thoughts, fuck the future .. we already live in a surveillance state and, that state can and does detain people indefinitely .. so nah, fuck this statist shit.
