Cristiano Ronaldo: Rape Allegations Gain Additional Fuel – Could this Force Listed Juventus Dump the Player and the Stock to Drop?

We wrote last year how global soccer start Cristiano Ronaldo was accused of rape in the US.

The soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo is being accused of rape in an explosive article from German newspaper Der Spiegel. The victim accuses him of rape, which occurred at a Las Vegas hotel in 2009. The paper appears to have documentations that collaborate the accusations. Ronaldo denies the allegations. The famous soccer star signed with Italian soccer club Juventus earlier this year. If there is any truth to the allegations, it would be detrimental both for Ronaldo, and the publicly listed soccer club Juventus.

Ronaldo plays for the publicly listed Italian soccer club Juventus (JUVE IM). When the news first came out in the fall, the share price dropped over 50%.  The share price have since recovered as no new information have come out.

Now, Jasmine Lennard a model who had a fling with Ronaldo says “Game’s up”.  She got motivated to expose some of her own allegations post watching the new docuseries ‘Surviving R. Kelly. She vowed to help Kathryn Mayorga, the woman who accused Cristiano Ronaldo of raping her in a Vegas hotel room nine years ago. She wrote on now deleted twitter posts;

She followed up noting that “No one would believe the things I’m going to share if I didn’t have proof but thankfully — because I’m a smart girl — I have an abundance of it. Game’s up.” Apparently this includes recordings.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the world’s biggest soccer star, with endorsements from all types of companies. As these allegations seem to be gaining steam. If these allegations end up being true, not only could Ronaldo lose all these, but most likely leave Juventus.
