I haven’t been able to verify this. If there are any Russian/Ukrainian speakers - please point out any way that we might verify whether these are indeed Russian troops and whether the second video is a member of Ukrainian forces:

The implications of this — if true — are of course that the West is facilitating war crimes that violate international law.
