There's Nothing "Woke" About Supporting Hamas

I didn’t write much last week because I wanted my piece on Monday about the Israel-Palestine conflict to resonate as much as a guy with a small blog can make it.

What I found out last week was that even I am not immune to the political polarization taking place in the world right now (who would have thought?!).

As I noted on my Twitter account this morning, I had quite a few “unsubscribes” after releasing my article last week, simply called “I Pray To God This Isn’t World War III”.

Among other “controversial” takes like praying for world peace, the article simply asks people to think critically and with nuance about the developing situation both in the Middle East and how it is playing out in Western nations.

I already have several interesting pieces queued for next week, but wanted to offer my readers a chance to give last week’s piece a shot if they haven’t yet. It is free to read.

I’ll also say that in addition to the unsubscribes, I did get several very nice comments, both on the article and on the side, via e-mail, etc. I want to thank everybody that reached out.
