Are Judges Wielding Power Against Those Who Attempt to Expose Them?

The pivotal work concerning which members of the judiciary have been financially compromised is now being disrupted. There are very few individuals who are doing the on-the-ground work concerning the use of mortgages as a vehicle to pay off/bribe complicit public officials, and specifically judges.

Renee Wyler, a mortgage broker who lives in Michigan, is now no longer able to work as a broker.  She claims that the refusal to hire her is a result of   a "personal protective order," which was contested by Wyler and has, according to her, been promulgated by LEIN.   Obtaining Help for LEIN. In conversation this past week, she stated that the retaliation has also extended to her husband. Formerly working in finance and commanding a six figure salary, he now is reduced to working as a bus driver.

Rick Abrams, a JD in California who has written a number of articles on the mortgage scam and judges for CityWatchLA, has been denied his license to practice law.

Legislator Liz Harris, who sponsored a talk in front of the Arizona State Legislature concerning the practice of using mortgages as a vehicle for bribery was summarily thrown off the state legislature. This reporter has viewed the presentation, made by a Jacqueline Breger and while I have issue with some of the conclusions being fronted by the presenter, the presentation in itself was groundbreaking and --I believe--deserving of attention.

This reporter has previously delved into the perception that mortgages are being used as a means of bribery and has authored a number of articles revealing the mortgage history of a number of judges, both federal and state. I have previously offered classes in how to do this research and have intervened, successfully, in a number of cases where judicial actions are suspect. Records? What Records?? | ZeroHedge

The mortgage scam is diabolically simple--Judge X takes out a loan and Y pays it back. The only way to tell if a loan is bonafide or not is the amount of loan activity coupled with the rapidity with which it is paid off.

Apparently, the work of this reporter is now being disrupted. A recent search into North Carolina Judge Jason Disbrow produced a total of seven records, five of which were reconveyances. There were no mortgages that resulted from the search. As there can be no reconveyances without extant mortgages, this reporter called the Brunswick County Recorder's office to question the search results and was informed that there were, in fact, a multitude of records attached to Disbrow's name, totaling five pages of results.

Even more recently, this reporter attempted to search the mortgage records of probate judge David Belz, now retired from Orange County Superior Court and working as a private judge for Judicate West. Judicate West - Who We are This reporter executed the search for David Belz's wife, Robyn. Here are the results-- No hits.

However, a search was previously run on Robyn Belz by an individual who took my online class. Here is the result of her search, which reveals 11 records attached to her name.

Clearly, something is off with the searches when performed from this reporter's computer.

As this reporter is under other forms of attack, an appeal was also lodged with El Mecanismo, Mecanismo de Protección para Personas Defensoras de Derechos Humanos y Periodistas | Campaña | gob.mx which is a Mexican federal agency dedicated to the protection of journalists. While initially responsive, upon receiving this reporter's documentation, the worker assigned to this reporter's case, Julio Serrano, has hunkered down and refused to reply to requests for an update. It should be noted that  Mexico tops the list of countries with murdered journalists Mexico and Venezuela top lists of murders and detentions of journalists in 2024 - LatAm Journalism Review by the Knight Center and El Mecanismo is apparently heavily politicized. This reporter is considering the possibility of suing El Mecanismo.

But with judges corrupted by money and power, who can tell what a judge might do? Is this Federal Judge Trying to Block a Civil Rights Action? — Hive

The First Amendment to the US Constitution states the following: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Guess that doesn’t apply to online searches, reducing a person’s ability to be hired or covert weapons deployment. Right?
