Here's an Idea--Have Trump Designate Federal Agents to Arrest White Collar Criminals in Chicago
As President Trump threatens to deploy the National Guard to quell street crime in Chicago, here is an item to consider:
White collar crime is rampant in Chicago. The perpetrators are generally professionals, ie attorneys and judges, but the effects of their actions are largely unreported by the press and are as devastating, financially and emotionally, as any street crime involving theft and murder.
Back in the 1980's, the FBI launched OPERATION GREYLORD, intent upon cleaning up the corruption in Chicago courts. "—92 officials were indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, eight policemen, 10 deputy sheriffs, eight court officials, and one state legislator. Nearly all were convicted, most of them pleading guilty. It was an important first step to cleaning up the administration of justice in Cook County." Operation Greylord — FBI
Well, not quite. According to an attorney who was practicing at the time of Greylord, Ken Ditkowsky, the FBI realized that they were going to have to put almost every single judge in Chicago behind bars, and chose to put a halt to Greylord.
The corruption has actually flourished since then.
Consider this: Every single judge in Cook County court whom I have looked into appears to be on the take.
The research began with Judge Shauna Boliker and is reported here: I WANTS YOUR HOUSE, I WANTS YOUR WIFE, I WANTS YOUR CAR, I WANTS YOUR LIFE — Hive After a number of articles focusing on her abuse of the legal system, specifically the abuse of Dean and Amy Sallas and following at least one report on her tendered to the Illinois Judge oversight commission (JIB), Boliker was demoted from her reign of terror as a probate court judge and put into a lesser position at a "cafeteria court."
Next on the list was Judge Regina Mescall, whose peculiar financial history as well as her verbal aggressiveness is reported here--Republic Broadcasting Network » Chicago Judge Unleashes Scathing Attack on Activist Post Reporter
More recently, Judge Alonso--who is married to a federal judge--came under the microscope here: Cook County Court Tries to Jail Woman for Allegedly Purchasing a Pl... It should be noted that Alonso appears to have inherited many of Shauna Boliker's cases and just this week ruled on a fee petition objection filed in the Campasano matter. This reporter is aware that one of the attorneys in this matter, Melinda Martin, was requesting additional fees for her false representations in court, to wit that the surviving spouse of Albert Campasano, Sophia, needed to sign a particular document in order to receive her spousal inheritance from Albert's estate. These representations by Martin turned out to be false and after a year of going to court trying to deal with Martin's demands, Sophia figured out a way to get the inheritance without signing that particular document, which required Sophia to reveal personally identifying information which she did not wish Martin to have.
In other words, Martin was requesting payment for making misleading statements to the court and for blocking Sophia's access to her spousal inheritance for a year. And that is just for starters.
Interestingly Martin has taken out home loans far in excess of the worth of the home in question and refuses to reply to queries about how she was able to do so. Here is the thread of emails to Melinda Martin, to which she has declined to respond--

Ms. Martin (and spouse, Charles Maupin),
I followed up this email with a phone call to your office. I was informed by the receptionist that you are declining to speak with me. Given that my question to you is entirely appropriate and within the bounds of media inquiry, I became more curious about you and checked you out on the Cook County Recorder's website.
I came upon this mortgage, executed by you and your spouse in 2013 (attached). Given that the loan far exceeds the worth of the home, I have some questions about what this is all about. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. I think it best that we communicate in writing. I have also reached out to the appropriate regulatory agencies about this loan.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Greetings Ms. Martin,
I understand that you told the court that you do not know who I am. I am a member of the press and currently write for ZeroHedge, as well as having authored a number of books. I maintain a rigorous schedule of radio interviews as well, and have been interviewed on WBAI, KPFK, Coast to Coast radio and elsewhere. I regularly cover guardianship cases and probate court--all of which you can also find by googling me.
This will serve as an introduction as I will be calling you shortly to engage your perceptions about the relevant court case involving Sophia Campasano.

Ms Martin,
I am confused about this petition. Is not the IRA marital property and therefore exempt from taxes?

Judge Alonso refused to let Sophia Campasano speak at the hearing this past Tuesday, and summarily approved all aspects of Martin's fee petition.
Also scrutinized and reported on was the loan history for Judge Edward Robles.
In summary, all the judges listed here appear to be contorting themselves in order to negate the rights of those appearing before them, specifically those parties attempting to advocate for those under guardianship or those entitled to receive monies from decedents. In addition, they all appear to be availing themselves of hidden and occult monies, ostensibly as payment for their services in violating the rights of those who appear before them. I think that is called treason, right?
All the parties listed here who have gone in front of these judges are victims of crime, committed against them by judges who have made a practice of revocation of the law, and are apparently being handsomely rewarded for doing so. Dean Sallas has lost everything--his wife, his home and is currently living on the streets of Chicago Is the Government Now in the Elder Abuse Business? — Hive. Sophia Campasano has also lost her husband, Albert, along with her marital rights to be with him and to inherit from him. Albert was a veteran, by the way and it is questionable if he would have fought for a country which was intent on decimating the rights and the nest eggs of its elderly population. The times they are a changing... Illana Musikar has lost her mother and the right to visit Illinois without fear of arrest. We could delve into other alleged crimes these judges have engaged in as well as a discussion of other victims but the pattern is clear: The Cook County court has been weaponized and victims of the court abound.
So whaddya say, President Trump? Are you willing to take on the white collar crime that infests the court? Or are we going to pretend that the perpetrators of crime are not in high office, with starched shirts and considerable legal acuity and protection?
