Update (0920ET): Nancy Pelosi followed Biden with a statement of her own, where she wished the president a "speedy recovery", before adding that she hoped this brush with the virus would lead to a "saner" approach to the virus, as Trump has repeatedly mocked Biden and others for wearing masks during political appearances.
Pelosi told MSNBC that she was tested Friday morning and is awaiting results.

Notes she doesn't have the results yet.
She later said she was satisfied that Trump would receive the best medical care given his age and "other situations" - a subtle dig at Trump's weight. She also claimed that Trump's COVID-19 status could "change the dynamic" for stimulus talks.
More ominously, Pelosi says she was contacted by the White House over succession planning, since she's No. 2 in the line of succession after VP Mike Pence.

After Joe Biden and his top aides acquiesced to Democrats urging him to campaign more aggressively by deciding to restart in-person canvassing, President Trump - Biden's top political rival - has tested positive. And in his first remarks on Trump's infection, Biden and his wife Jill Biden, the former second lady,
Jill and I send our thoughts to President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump for a swift recovery. We will continue to pray for the health and safety of the president and his family.— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) October 2, 2020
One of Biden's aides told the press earlier that the former VP would be tested Friday morning. We're now waiting on the results.
In othe news, one reporter claimed there's no word yet on whether Biden will cancel his upcoming trip to Michigan, a key swing state. They added that the Biden camp has received no communication from the White House or the Trump campaign.
Biden — and everyone on staff who was at the debate Tuesday, including Dr. Jill Biden — is being tested today, per my colleague @mikememoli. No word yet on if Biden’s previously scheduled trip to MI is still happening or not.— Ali Vitali (@alivitali) October 2, 2020
But on the contact tracing front, two Biden camp officials say there has been NO CONTACT from the White House or the Trump campaign to Biden team to alert them to potential exposure.— Ali Vitali (@alivitali) October 2, 2020
We fully expect Biden to deliver a screed mocking Trump's inability to take the virus seriously after receiving his test results (assuming he too is negative. If not, well...markets probably wouldn't be happy).
