Russell Rips: Shorts Torched as Laggard Goes Leader

In early June we outlined our Russell logic and wrote: "...the negative trend line comes in here as well as the 100 day. A close slightly higher and things could get squeezy given the fact people are looking for laggard plays". Since then Russell is up some 8-9%. Worth noting the "mini golden cross", 50 trading above the 100 day.
