U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Kelly Loeffler announced Friday that the agency has suspended111,620 California borrowers amid suspected fraudulent activity across SBA pandemic-era loan programs. In total, these borrowers received 118,489 Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loans totaling over $8.6 billion.

The goods allegedly stolen include over 33,000 pounds of frozen snow crab, pallets of blueberries and more than $400,000 of designer cologne.
Romoy Forbes, 31, a Jamaican national living in Deer Park, N.Y., has been charged with interstate transportation of stolen goods, and conspiracy to commit that offense. Forbes was arrested in Long Island, N.Y. and will make his initial appearance in the Eastern District of New York. He will appear in federal court in Boston at a later date.

Democrat Rep. Jerrold Nadler (NY) on Tuesday said Americans would be justified in shooting masked ICE agents.
“What is really the major problem in this country today is the fascism in our streets,” Nadler said during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday.
