(And I have been badgered for not doing it sooner) After doing some serious consultation with ChatGPT it is much wiser for us to rent homes in Florida when we want. So the end of next month, we start. I am going to rent a home on the water for months. No mortgage, No taxes, No Insurance, No Maintenance, and can choose where we want to be at any time. This is a huge change for us. Then after that, we will go somewhere else...and so on and so on. And after doing the math, it is far less expensive, and we have much more freedom doing it this way. Keep the house in Oregon ...because the summers are the best in Oregon period. Took awhile to get here...but the plan moves forward. Happy New Year.

The tumor is growing fast. Yes, she was vaxxed and boosted, and understands what she did. She is so scared. They put a "Pick" into her breast 2 days ago to try and stop the growth. We all know the end result... She thought she was doing the right thing. Such a wake up call as I get older and friends and family just die and die. Not trying to damper your Christmas, but to make a point.....we all have a limited number of Christmas's left. Remember that time is short friends. Make amends with family and friends...if you can. Make today (Christmas Eve) and tomorrow (Christmas) special for you and all you come into contact with if you can. Even just a smile, hug, or a Merry Christmas. I have been saying Merry Christmas to everyone I pass, and it just lights peoples faces up. Why? So few do it anymore. MERRY CHRISTMAS ...even to the ZH trolls on here....Have a fantastic day!
