OPEC+ Leaves Traders With Cliffhanger As Stormy Chapter Ends

OPEC+ closed a two-year chapter in its oil strategy on Sunday with the last in a series of bumper oil production increases (for more details see Goldman's note "OPEC+ Announces September Supply Hike to Fully Unwind 2.2mb/d Cut " available to pro subs). But it left crude traders with a cliffhanger.
