Are S&P Futures Set-Up For The Big (Seasonal) Short?

As the S&P 500 edged higher ahead of August month-end, futures Non-Dealer net length declined, according to top Goldman futures trader Robert Quinn. 

Per Commitment of Traders, Non-Dealers sold $10.5bn from August 19th - 26th alongside a 0.9% rise in price. This marked the largest 1 week sale since June.
