Asset Managers Remain "Skittish" Despite Hope-Fueled Bounce In Small Caps

Through quarter-end, Non-Dealers continued selling Russell 2k futures per Commitment of Traders. 

From March 24th - 31st, Non-Dealers sold -$1.2bn Russell 2k futures, marking the 4th straight week of bearish activity for a cumulative -$6.4bn since March 3rd.
