ETF notional volumes reached record levels on Friday, as over half a trillion notional traded across the ETF complex, accounting for 37% of the overall tape (vs the 20d avg of 28%), according to Goldman ETF trader Chris Lucas who writes that his desk continued to skew better for sale across broad-based index and sector/thematic portfolios.
