Flows into European-domiciled US equity ETFs are falling, a sign foreigners’ sentiment on the US market is becoming more negative.
Sell America became a loaded phrase in the aftermath of the so-called tariff tantrum back in April. There was a rethink in the level of exposure foreigners had to the US market, mainly the stock market.
