it has not been a challenging year for Deutsche Bank's chief FX strategist, George Saravelos, who over the past 12 months has tried to time major USD inflection points with limited success at best. Perhaps most notable has been his staunch defense of the euro ever since Germany's "Leroy Jenkins"-moment of debt-funded "growth" which killed the debt brake once and for all. Alas, as we noted overnight, the euro has seen better days.
