Lock And Re-Load: Rubner Flips Bullish As "The Buyers Are Coming Back"

At the start of September, Scott Rubner had a simple message for clients: reduce exposure, add cheap protection, because September was a "tactical downside window." Two weeks later, heading into the second-largest OpEx in history, the Citadel Securities chief equity and derivatives strategist warned that "September weakness may not be finished."

September is now in the books, the hedges did their job, and as regular readers might have guessed, the man we first made famous back when he was at Goldman (and whom Citadel then hired, presumably after reading ZH) is flipping again. This time he's going long.
