60 Minutes Exposes Water Poisoning Plot—Or Do They?

In a stunning piece of misdirection, 60 Minutes has run an interview with former NSA head and Ret. General Tim Haugh, citing a Chinese plan to poison the water system in Littleton, MA and potentially 200 other, unnamed locations. With a straight face and the kind of earnestness bred from decades of squirrely spy activities, Haugh states that " I think initially we were surprised that China would target every American with these capabilities. That goes against every norm of international law; that certainly goes against how the US military would approach targeting in a crisis or conflict."  China hacking America's critical infrastructure, retired four-star general warns | Watch

The problem here is that the water poisoning scenario is home grown, as exposed here Part #2 worried about the water: secret, targeted contamination? - Nexus Newsfeed This project is also heavily documented in a 2021 book, published by Trine Day. Briefly, what this indicates is that both 60 Minutes and former NSA chief Haugh are engaged in an effort to blow smoke up our behinds. As revealed in the above cited article,

“…the configuration of the nation’s public water systems, a configuration which contains parallel water mains, would provide the perfect, undetectable delivery system for a bio/chem attack. Blueprints obtained by this reporter—and obtained with some difficulty, it should be mentioned—clearly show two parallel lines running down each and every street in all cities where blueprints were obtained, cross connected by service lines, which provide water into residences. Remote controlled valves positioned on the second line indicate that whatever that second line contains is being withheld by these valves.

"But withheld why, and until when?

"The system as it is currently configured would allow for the contents of the second line to dump into some houses while being withheld from others, through the opening and closing of the remote controlled valves. In this manner, whatever is in the second line can be selectively delivered to some residences, while leaving others untouched and uncontaminated.”

As stated by the 60 Minutes interviewer, Scott Pelley, "In his water treatment plant, Lawler showed us banks of dangerous chemicals that are precisely controlled to deliver clean water."

"If you had control of these tanks, you've got control of Littleton, MA " states Scott Pelley. "You can poison the water."

Which is exactly what this reporter has been stating. And the double line water system, which has been set up across America by the US government--NOT by the Chinese--is how the water poisoning is put into effect.

The deflection of a bonafide threat abroad, to another country, is a tried and true ploy. It worked for years (the Red Peril and McCarthy come to mind) and it appears that Haugh is trying to deploy this again. Despite what you think about patsies and 911 conspiracy theories, this particular conspiracy has been utterly exposed

The issue lies in the bifurcation of media into legacy and independent sources. 60 Minutes has been around for decades and has an audience of roughly  6,454,000 people, who still tune in weekly to get their dose of “investigative journalism.” My articles on Zerohedge might get 20,000 views, on a good day.

Ret General Tim Haugh currently teaches at Georgetown University. His statements as to the Chinese threat to critical infrastructure are backed up by Nick Lawler, General Manager at Littleton Water and Electric.

The interviewer, Scott Pelley, asked Lawler for his thinking as to why the Chinese would target the small community of Littleton. Lawler replied that “That's the exact question I had for the FBI....no, I cannot think of any reason.”

This may not be entirely truthful. The double line water system, referenced above, has been found across the US in both large cities and small as well as in multiple foreign countries. Explicitly, this system has been found in Canada, Switzerland, post invasion Iraq, Israel and in at least one capital city in Latin America. This is a partial list. The ability of this reporter to obtain blueprints has been mitigated by the necessity of leaving the US. Janet Phelan - Wikispooks In fact, this reporter contacted the City of Littleton some years back, requesting blueprints and received no response.

Equally, this reporter made a number of attempts to reach Nick Lawler at his place of business, by phone and by email. Lawler has declined to respond. It is generally understood that the upper levels of management are aware of the implications of the double line water system. This reporter also reached out to Tim Haugh through his current employer, Georgetown University, where he is a Fellow in the Security Studies program. No response was received.

This reporter also reached out to the producer of the 60 Minutes segment, Aaron Weisz as well as to the interviewer, Scott Pelley. I explicitly informed Pelley, whose team at 60 Minutes has been the recipient of the George Polk Award, multiple Edward R Murrow awards, Investigative Reporters and Editor Award and more, that his segment misdirected the public away from the real threat to US water systems.

No response was received from Weisz or Pelley.

The critical nature of a weapons system, aimed at the resident population of the US cannot be overstated. While politics and media continue to dominate our attention, this lapse, if it can be called that, by 60 Minutes calls into question the factual nature of the information we rely on.
