ZeroHedge Resolves Copyright Dispute with Grant's
On February 17th 2026, ZeroHedge resolved a lawsuit for copyright infringement by Grant's Financial Publishing, Inc. The lawsuit claimed that ZeroHedge made available several issues of Grant's Interest Rate Observer in the ZeroHedge Premium Research Catalog without permission from Grant's. ZeroHedge apologizes to Grant's for any harm this distribution may have caused. ZeroHedge has added additional safeguards to ensure that it has all necessary rights to such materials made available in the Research Catalog.
