What A Weekend 

The SpaceX IPO

America headed into this past weekend with 4,400 new millionaires, thanks the SpaceX IPO. 

And unlike so many recent IPOs, this was an industrial company—in one industry we're surpassing China in.

America Becomes Good At Soccer

On Friday night, newly-minted SpaceX millionaires got to see the U.S. national soccer team in action, playing better than ever under a world class Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino. Ordinarily, the U.S. national team wouldn't be able to afford a coach of his caliber, but hedge fund billionaires Ken Griffin of Citadel and Scott Goodwin of Diameter Capital helped foot the bill. 

New York Wins The NBA Championship 

At this point, some of you are wondering why we're talking about sports here, but ask yourself: all else equal, do you think Ken Griffin and Scott Goodwin are going to be more bullish or bearish after watching their coach's dominating win on Friday? 

How about all money managers who are long-suffering Knicks fans after watching their team come from behind again to win the NBA Championship on Saturday. 

Think about it. 

Trump Wraps Up The Iran War

Take that, bears.

The cherry on top of the Sundae. 

Finance X felt the vibe shift. 

Then came what may have been the most spectacular event ever staged at the White House. 

Even non-Trump voters had to agree. 

The fights lived up to the staging: 7 fights, 7 finishes, with the best one saved for last. 

American underdog Justin "The Highlight" Gaethje took on Georgian Ilya "El Matador" Topuria for the UFC Lightweight title, after perusing the Declaration of Independence in the Oval Office. 

In the second round, Topuria nearly stopped Gaethje with vicious body shots...

In the third round, the American turned the tables, 

At the end of the 3rd round, the referee overruled the cage-side physician to let the fight continue. 

Finally, the Georgian's corner threw in the towel after the 4th round. 

It was a thrilling victory.
