HHS Requests $317MM Funding Boost For ‘Pandemic Preparedness and Biodefense’

The trustworthy and venerable Department of Health and Human Services, which loves Americans like its own children and wants them to be happy, is currently lobbying Congress for an additional annual $317 million allocated to an opaque cause called “Pandemic Preparedness and Biodefense” via the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

What is the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR)?
If defining fascism as Mussolini did, as a “merger of state and corporate power,” then ASPR qualifies as a fascist appendage to the biomedical-industrial complex that “collaborates with hospitals, healthcare coalitions, biotech firms, community members, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, and other partners across the country to improve readiness and response capabilities” when one of the bioweapon viruses that another agency under the HHS umbrella clandestinely engineered “escapes” the confines of the substandard Third World biolab in which it is housed.

In 2022, ASPR was elevated to an Operating Division within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, enabling ASPR to mobilize a coordinated national response more efficiently and effectively during future disasters and emergencies while equipping us with greater operational capabilities. Today, ASPR is leading more high-consequence, no-fail missions than ever before. We continue to evolve to be even better prepared to address future health threats and protect national health security.”
(Then known as the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response before its 2022 rebrand, through sub-agency Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), perpetrated Operation Warp Speed in 2020, a crime against humanity of unprecedented scale for which none of its agents was ever punished.)
Why does the ASPR think it deserves hundreds of millions more dollars in ‘Pandemic Preparedness and Biodefense’?
When the much-hyped Pandemic 2.0 drops sometime in the not-so-distant future, Secretary Kennedy’s ASPR wants to be fully prepared, armed with $317 million in additional government cash money allocated to its “Pandemic Preparedness and Biodefense” budget in order to, among other provisions, “make drug manufacturing faster, more flexible, and able to happen in multiple locations.”

Via HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR):
“This funding allows ASPR’s Industrial Base Management and Supply Chain (ASPR/IBMSC) to onshore, reshore, and strengthen resilient, reliable U.S.-based pharmaceutical supply chains. It ensures essential medicines will be available when and where they are needed, in the required quantities and dosage forms.
IBMSC will use available funds to establish additional vendor managed inventory (VMI) capacities for the majority of prioritized active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). This activity includes the procurement, storage, management, conversion, and distribution of qualified APIs from FDA-inspected suppliers with Drug Master Files on record. The funding will also be used to demonstrate analytical chemistry capabilities for acceptance and retesting of APIs. In parallel, IBMSC will support efforts to store, rotate, and replenish APIs using current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
This funding increase also supports related priorities, such as domestic manufacturing of antibiotics, intravenous (IV) solutions, and medical devices to improve production efficiency, scalability, and resilience of domestic supply chains. These resources can help make drug manufacturing faster, more flexible, and able to happen in multiple locations. They also support meeting quality and safety standards (cGMP) and strengthen the supply chain—for example, by reducing risks to U.S.-based production.”

While it’s true vaccines, in order to actually prove any semblance of safety, require a decade or more of research before rollout to the general public, yet, in this Brave New World, the COVID shots got to market in about nine months.
Even that turnaround time, however, was too slow; thanks to Secretary Kennedy’s tireless work Making America Healthy Again, armed with hundreds of millions more dollars in public funding, HHS could conceivably get the shots out the same week the new pandemic is announced!

A Modest Counterproposal
What if — if you’ll indulge a side-trek into Wonderland for a moment — instead of dumping hundreds of millions of dollars into pharmaceutical R&D for next-gen mRNA shots so that Pfizer and Moderna can offload all of the costs onto the public while reaping all of the profits themselves in their fascistic alliance with the Public Health™ regulatory apparatus, that $317 million instead went to:
· Investigating and prosecuting all of the people who did COVID-19 — the greatest criminal conspiracy in world history — and then suspending the constitutional prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment especially for them, so as to provide the proper disincentive to engineer the next man-made pandemic that they’re hard at work on in some dingy offshore lab.
· Systematically dismantling every lab that is now or has conducted gain-of-function research, destroying all the viral samples, and sending the scientists who staff them as well as all of the bureaucrats who signed off on the bioterrorism on a permanent holiday to Guantanamo Bay
· Putting all other countries around the world where gain-of-function work is understood to occur on notice that their bioterrorism programs are also finished. If they don’t cooperate, as the likes of China certainly won’t, then put the United States’ well-funded intelligence machine to work assassinating all of the scientists and bureaucrats abroad who conduct it with prejudice. Literally nothing could be a more noble and legitimate application of the CIA — the nobility and legitimacy of it being, unfortunately, why it’s so unlikely
…In short, start giving gain-of-function bioterrorism the same political treatment as nuclear weapons and the people who practice it the same treatment as the alleged 9/11 hijackers.
Of course, the reason that none of that is on the agenda is that the federal government is the bioterrorism network.
