Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman Endorses President Trump, Says Nation Going "In Wrong Direction" Under Biden

Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman, a lifelong moderate Republican, told Axios on Friday that he's supporting former President Trump in the upcoming November presidential election. This endorsement gives Trump access to an exclusive network of Republican donors closely tied to Schwarzman. 

Schwarzman said deep concerns around surging antisemitism in New York City and college campuses nationwide sped his decision to re-embrace Trump. 

"The dramatic rise of antisemitism has led me to focus on the consequences of upcoming elections with greater urgency," he said. 

The private equity billionaire continued, "I share the concern of most Americans that our economic, immigration and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction. For these reasons, I am planning to vote for change and support Donald Trump for President. In addition, I will be supporting Republican Senate candidates and other Republicans up and down the ticket."

The party of leftist radicals has spent the year trying to either bankrupt or jail the former president through the weaponization of the judicial system. Their plan has yet to be successful, as now Trump's campaign is likely to receive an influx of cash from Wall Street elites.
