Bond volatility - green shoots?

Bond volatility, MOVE index, has actually declined over past sessions. Bond vol is still trading at very elevated levels, but this is one of the key vol areas to watch going forward. Imagine MOVE moved lower...The "spill over" effect to VIX and other "fear" indexes would be huge.
