Duration names - time to fade?

TAN, XBI, ARKK and IPO are some of the most important "duration" names, and have been early "warners". They have all bounced up to the negative trend line over the past sessions. Several are seeing the bigger moving averages cross here (death crosses).
If this was a dead cat bounce is to be seen, but watch all the above carefully should they decide "leading" things lower again...
