China: Contrarian Call To Stay Long

Don't fall for the temptation to check-out of the China long

China has had a really nice bounce and it would now make sense to exit the long trade. One could argue that there is no new "real" bull in China until the index moves above the 200 day moving average (and the average starts sloping positively...). Call us crazy and stubborn, but we would want to stay long China a little longer. It is still a very cheap under-owned play where there are more things that could "go right" and surprise to the upside rather than the opposite. Stay long and stay tuned.
