Is the Dollar Setting Up the Pain Trade of the Summer?

Recall the chart from earlier this week showing the crowd hasn't been this bearish the dollar since January 2005? Back then the dollar decided to surge by 15%. Note we were approximately as oversold as now. Pretty much all RSI readings (weekly) around these levels have resulted in the dollar catching bids.
