How Stretched Is Positioning?

How much hedge fund exuberance?

Hedge funds are buying again. Retail is showing up. Leverage is ticking higher. And we are right at range highs. And yet, positioning is still not stretched. No panic short-covering, no extreme nets, no one-sigma euphoria. This rally can have a hiccup for sure, but positioning & overcrowding are not extremally extreme, yet.
