Memory Pricing Is Surging. The Stocks Aren't
Memory pressure cooker
Memory remains one of the strongest links in the AI complex, with hyperscalers absorbing higher prices rather than cutting demand. Yet the stocks have spent the past few weeks consolidating, leaving DRAM and its major components increasingly compressed between key trend lines.
Micron is already showing what resilience could look like, while Samsung and Hynix remain pinned near major support. With KOSPI vol crushed and Korean speculation having cooled dramatically, the asymmetry is getting interesting: a break higher in memory could turn this consolidation into a rather aggressive catch-up trade.
