The sudden shift in CTAs selling and dealers entering short gamma are dynamics that have affected this market lately.

1. The CTA crowd has sold equities during the latest sell off. Going forward some investment banks see sell flow ebb out on flat/up market from here, but all agree further downside in equities will be met with more selling from CTAs.
