"I'm A Lifelong Democrat": Another Clinton Insider Sounds Alarm Over DSA's Far-Left Hijack Of Party

Establishment Democrats are quickly recognizing the consequences of allowing socialists and Marxists to gain influence within their DEI kingdom. What was initially seen as an effort to broaden the Democratic base now risks an anti-American, far-left Marxist movement with possible foreign subversion ties to hijack the party that seeks nothing more than to destroy the US.

Warnings from the Democratic establishment about the unhinged Democratic Socialist of America are mounting. Mark Penn, the former Clinton adviser and White House pollster, used a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed to sound the alarm over the rise of DSA.

Now, another prominent Democrat has issued a similar warning on X, suggesting that a far-left takeover of the party is a threat not just "to our party" but "our country."

Jamie Metzl, who served in the Clinton White House, sounded the alarm about "radical extremists" known as DSA:

I am a lifelong Democrat. I served on President Clinton's National Security Council and in the State Department under Madeleine Albright. I am also a lifelong human rights and civil rights advocate.

But every Democrat and every American should recognize that the DSA represents a fundamental threat to our party and our country.

This is not a story about a few idealists seeking to reduce healthcare costs. It is about a small group of radical extremists pursuing a strategy to take over the Democratic Party and ultimately our country in order to impose an agenda that would devastate our economy and fundamentally dismantle our system of government.

Don't take my word for it. Listen to the full conversation between Fox News' Martha MacCallum and New York City DSA co-chair Gustavo Gordillo and judge for yourself.

Richard Ebright's message to Metzl:

Earlier this month, Bill Clinton's former advisor, Mark Penn, warned: "Lawmakers, law-enforcement agencies and journalists should investigate the DSA to see if it is being funded by foreign governments and interests."

Penn's suspicion that DSA could be linked with a foreign subversion network from Cuba comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio sanctioned the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, or ICAP. ICAP is a Castro-era organization used to spread Marxist ideology abroad.

DSA has publicly stated they're "partners" with ICAP and may help explain why far-left socialists are pushing an agenda to collapse the US from within. There's also a China component to the story

Agenda to destroy America:

DSA leaders are promoting "destroying America from within" ...

Prominent DSA member:

Last week, Rubio, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent addressed delegations from 65 nations about the troubling rise of far-left terrorism as countries around the world are begining to posture and declare war on radical left that seeks political violence and destruction of the West - doesn't matter whether it's climate or Palestine or data centers or woke, the end goal is to collapse America and capitalism.

Translation by Rubio is that war on the radical left has begun:

How did the federal government fail to detect radical-left networks and potential foreign influence operations seeking to destabilize the US from within?

One possible explanation is distorted threat prioritization. Under the Biden-Harris regime, federal agencies devoted significant attention to Trump supporters, Catholic communities, and White Christians while purposely overlooking revolutionary networks that invaded the US.

Whether this amounted to sabotage remains a major question. But if US-based left-wing activists and dark-money-funded NGOs knowingly coordinated with foreign adversaries to finance riots and violence, sabotage the nation from within to undermine the constitutional order, this activity could move well beyond protected political advocacy into potential foreign subversion or seditious conspiracy.

See this:

The latest polling indicates that Americans across the political spectrum overwhelmingly reject communism. That bipartisan sentiment creates a favorable environment for the federal government's countermovement focused on educating the public about the communist threat and exposing foreign subversion networks and disrupting illicit financing or criminal activity.
